I’ve learned how to kick and push with my legs. Sumo squats and lunges are my next move.

I’ve decided to give my parents a little break by sleeping up to 4 hours at night. In the future, they better repay me back with a little brother or sister to play with or I’m peeing on dad again.
我決定讓我爸爸媽媽晚上的時候可以一次睡4個小時。未來, 希望他們會給我一個弟弟或妹妹來陪我玩,不然我又要再尿尿在我老爸身上了。
I’ve discovered mirrors. Damn I look GOOOOOOD.
我發現了鏡子。我還發現一件事,欸,我好帥喔!
I can see further now and have started to look at people directly into their eyes. Add the occasional smile and I’m the center of attention in ANY room. It works like a charm with the ladies.
我的近視比較好了,可以直接直視別人的眼睛了。加上偶爾的微笑或是給個笑容,我就是整個房間裡最閃亮的焦點。別說我沒教你,我挺會勾引女人的喔。
I’ve outgrown my newborn clothing and am now wearing some very stylish and fashionable outerwear.
我已經穿不下我的初生嬰兒的衣服了,現在換成時尚服了。
I can lift up my big ole’ noggin (ie. my head) for a few seconds at a time now. Give it a few more weeks and my neck muscles are going to make Dwayne The Rock Johnson jealous.
我可以把我的大頭舉起來幾秒了。再過幾個禮拜,我脖子的肌肉會強壯到讓巨石強森嫉妒。
I can have “conversations” now, mostly consisting of “oooh” “ahh” “AH” “hmmm” “haaa” “ho” “huunnnn” and occasionally, when I feel like dropping the mic on everybody: “hellooooo”. THAT shuts everyone up.
我可以聊天了。大部分的內容是:喔,蛤,哼,哈,齁,橫~~~。有時候想引起大家注意時,我會說:哈囉~~~~~。這時候大家會全場安靜。
It’s been confirmed. I have good genes. Of course, my parents have blessed me with strong facial muscles (perfect for making faces), long legs (for a 7 week old), and a fabulous hairline, but even more importantly, they have literally given me good genes. My genetics test has come back and so far so good! I know my parents, like most parents, were a bit nervous about various genetic disorders that can arise in any baby, so I’m glad they did my genetics test with Bionet. When all’s well, it gives them some peace of mind. And if something did pop up in the results, it would give them a chance to look into it as early as possible. Now, they can focus on other important things, like the color and texture of my poop and what kind of girlfriend I’m going to bring home in the future.
確定了,我有很好的基因。沒錯,我爸爸媽媽給了我很強的臉部肌肉(最適合做鬼臉)、給了我一雙長腿(以一個7周大的人來講,我應該是名模),還有帥氣的髮際線 。但是最重要的是他們也給了我健康的基因。我的訊聯生技/訊聯臍帶血銀行 基因檢查報告回來了,然後幸好目前都沒有問題。我知道天底下的每一位爸爸媽媽包括我的父母,都很擔心自己的寶寶會不會有任何的遺傳性疾病,所以我很開心他們願意幫我做檢查。至少他們現在心中卸下一顆大石頭,而且如果真的報告中有看到什麼問題,至少都還有機會及早處理!現在,我的爸媽可以更專注在其他的也很重要的事,比如:我大便的顏色跟觸感,還有未來我會帶哪種女朋友回家⋯⋯等等。

實胖體質減肥法

痰濕型肥胖
特徵:無食慾、痰多、胸悶、容易疲倦、水腫、肌肉鬆軟、四肢浮腫、大便稀爛
原因:脾胃受損,中氣不足以推動水液,水濕滯留體內成痰,痰濕引發肥胖。
減肥法則:祛濕健脾胃,多進食白扁豆、茯苓、淮山等健脾袪濕食材,少吃多餐,戒生冷食物及冷飲。
合適運動:強度大的運動,如跑步、游泳、跳繩、球類運動、器械健身等,又或是高溫瑜伽,流汗有助排走體內濕氣。
濕熱型肥胖
特徵:食慾旺盛、容易疲倦、小便量少帶黃、大便黏臭、多面油、易長暗瘡、體味重、女性帶下偏黃味重
原因:多吃油膩煎炸及濃味食物,又或是常喝酒、咖啡及奶茶,都會濕熱蘊結於體內,除因濕而引起水腫,也因飲食不節而長胖。
減肥法則:宜清熱袪濕,多進食綠豆、荷葉、薏米等清熱利水食材,也要忌暴飲暴食,少喝酒、少吃肥甘厚味及甜食。
合適運動:強度大的帶氧運動,如跑步、跳繩、球類運動,流汗有助排走體內濕氣。
氣滯型肥胖
特徵:經常嘆氣、情緒鬱悶、入睡困難、大便不調、女士容易經痛或乳房脹痛
原因:氣血運行不暢順,用吃來緩解壓力。
減肥法則:疏肝理氣解鬱,多吃蓮藕、白蘿蔔、陳皮、玫瑰花等疏肝理氣食物,少吃喝辛辣、濃茶、咖啡等刺激性食物。
合適運動:強度大的運動,如游泳、跳繩、球類運動、器械健身等,另外泰拳也是個不錯的發洩方法,可藉著運動疏發肝氣。
Fat burn for obesity
If you want to show off your body in the summer, you can start to make more effort to lose weight after Chinese new year! If you want to lose weight more effectively, from the perspective of Chinese medicine, you should start with understanding your body condition and figure out you are obesed or asthenic weight. Adjust your diet and exercise according to your body condition to have better results. If you are not sure what kind of body condition you have, you can check by using the CheckCheckCin App, or consult a registered Chinese medicine practitioner to know more. Phlegm and dampness type obesity
Characteristic: poor appetite, phlegm, tight chest, frequently fatigued, edema, loose muscles, bloated limbs, loose stools
Causes: the spleen and stomach are compromised, and insufficien qi is not enough to promote fluid circulation, and the dampness in the body can cause phlegm which causes obesity.
Weight loss rules: dispel dampness to strengthen spleen and stomach, eat more ingredients that can strengthen spleen and stomach such as white hyacinth bean, poria, Chinese yam. Eat more frequently and less during each meal. Avoid cold/raw food and drinks.
Appropriate exercises: high-intensity exercise such as running, swimming, rope skipping, ball game, gym, etc., or hot yoga as sweating can help dispel dampness from the body.
Damp heat obesity
Characteristics : with a large appetite, frequently fatigued, dark yellowish urine with low volume, sticky and smelly stool, excessive facial oil, prone to pimple, body odor, yellowish discharge with heavy odor
Causes: eating too much oily fried and thick sauced foods, or frequently drinking alcohol, coffee and milk tea will cause damp heat in the body. In addition to edema caused by dampness, gain weight also occurs due to poor eating habits.
Weight loss rules: clear heat and dispel dampness. Eat more ingredients that can clear heat and promote diuresis such as mung bean, lotus leaf, coix seed. Avoid excessive eating, drink less alcohol, eat less oily and fatty food.
Appropriate exercises: high-intensity aerobic exercise, such as running, rope skipping, ball games. Sweating can help dispel dampness from the body.
Qi stagnation obesity
Characteristic: frequent sighing, depressed, difficulty falling asleep, irregular stools, prone to menstrual pain or breast tenderness for women
Causes: poor qi and blood circulation and tendency relieve stress by eating
Weight loss rules: regulate qi and relieve stress, eat more ingredients that can regulate qi such as lotus root, white radish, dried citrus peel and rose. Eat and drink less spicy foods, tea or coffee.
Appropriate exercises: high-intensity exercise such as running, rope skipping, ball game, gym, etc. Muay Thai is also a good choice, which can relieve liver qi through exercise

Facial assessment is just as important as teeth itself.
💡Do you know that when dentists assess your smile, they observe your “eye level” (Interpupillary line) as a guidance to determine the level/plane of where your teeth are supposed to be (Occlusal Plane)?
💡[ The distance in between your left and right eyes 👀 ]+ [ The width of your nose 👃] actually helps in deciding how big/wide your teeth are supposed to be!
💡The midpoint of your face are supposed to match the centreline of your teeth. (Ideally, but often not commonly)
💡Even your facial height (how “long” or “short” is your face) plays a big role in Dentistry. When we correct your bite, we can actually bring certain changes to the height of your face, which can change your appearance.
💡How does your face look from the side? Do you look like a bunny or does your face look “flat” compared to your friends? Do you know that correcting your teeth angulation & alignment can give you lip support, therefore changing your Facial profile?
It is really amazing how each individual is so unique in their own way, as there’s almost no way one person is COMPLETELY identical from one face to another. Even twins have facial differences if you look hard enough (due to different use of facial muscles or even breathing habits). Well...let’s not put clones into discussion😂.
So yes, your teeth affects your face and your face affects your teeth! 🦷😬

here is a summary in ENGLISH to let all of you know more about my botox journey :)
How does Botox work?
Botox works to relax the contraction of muscles by blocking nerve impulses. The result is muscles that can no longer contract, and so the wrinkles relax and soften.
The Botox procedure is..?
Botox procedures do not require anesthesia and usually take just a few minutes to perform. The protein is injected into the muscle using a fine needle in order to minimize discomfort and maximize accuracy.(Feels like doing Chinese acupuncture.) Doctors will hold your face with hands afterwards. It is recommended that patients avoid alcohol for about a week before the procedure. In order to minimize bruising, patients should stop using aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications about two weeks before treatment.

Few days after Botox?
Most patients do not report feeling pain after undergoing botox, and patients are advised to eat as much warm easy to digest food as possible.
